The Watergate scandal was revealed by two reporters and it brought down the Presidency of Richard M. Nixon. The FBI is investigating Hillary Clinton's private server escapade, but it is reported that they are using 100 to 150 special agents to determine if any misdeeds were done. We know they were, but why only two non government employees to destroy a Presidency, but 150 employees to bring down a presidential wannabee?

When you have as much obfuscation and stonewalling as in this case, it probably needs that many people on it. Also remember that this isn't just a case about political feuds, this covers the deaths of American citizens including an Ambassador as well as the potential for security leaks of information of the highest order.

Still,- - 150? With that many FBI agents, many of whom have either law or accountant degrees, I could investigate the entire congress and throw in the Attorney General for good luck.

Perhaps. I'm not in law enforcement, but I'm sure that with a case this big and broad they need one team just to check on the work of the other team. I'll have to check with one of my buddies in federal enforcement and see what he has to say.

Because Obama's AG can simply order the FBI to shut up, and to destroy the evidence. And unlike Republicans, Dems are willing to resort to that.

      I. I would put that tendency to both given they are of the same political group.

      2. Under; the law both would be guilty of suppression of evidence - a felony and tampering. Assuming we were operating under the Constitution and not the Patriot Act.

True. But I think that when overwhelming evidence is revealed she will be easily defeated. Indictment is too much to hope for.

Media acceptance of her money and potential power is scary though

If she gets away with a whole skin and there's no great outcry, then you might as well not vote, because it doesn't matter. The country is too far gone.

Exactly. The only hope for delay in our destruction is trump. But there are so many establishment people who want him not to win

              Gotta disagree.
Unlike Obama, Trump is an American who loves his country. But he's a bit too much of a dictator for my taste. I think that Cruz is a better choice. The establishment dislikes him almost as much as Trump. He stood up to the establishment, he is a proven Constitutionalist, and has proven to be a man of his word. Also, beside all the heated rhetoric, Trump has a career filled with negatives. Although, to give the man credit, he defends himself very well. There's going to be a lot of crap hitting the fan between now and the convention, so we shall see. The one thing I'd say to the Anti-Trump people is anyone, Trump included, is better that Hillary or Bernie.

We both want a better life in the USA. If the constitution were perfect and it had to be followed to the letter, the discussion on president would rest on who is the best administrator to enforce the congressional laws

The Constitution is not perfect. Especially some of the goofy amendments. But it's the best set of rules for governance on the planet. The problem actually starts with congressional laws. Most of them are unneeded and do more harm than good. There are so many that one can be condemned or not condemned for obeying or disobeying the same law or any two laws. Then there is executive orders which are laws by fiat. This is just one aspect of a country that has reached its peak and is sliding back down the hill.
