Man-caused Global warming is junk science. The historical temperature data is not there to substantiate their claims. These so-called scientists have taken a very meager historical data set and after manipulation, extrapolation, interpolation, and removal of anomalies, present their findings with no margin for error. Most of the historical temperature data is from the developed regions of the world. Almost no data is available for the southern hemisphere.
The purpose of man-caused global warming and Cap and Trade is governmental take-over of the Grid and the energy sector of our economy. Woe be to us if we allow them to do it.

Oh mine! They were seeking to prove that the ice is melting... Ouch! Now they are stuck in Ice!

I grew up near Lincoln County, New Mexico, where they kept the forest cleaned of combustible dead wood in the 60s. Now, they say leave it all natural, and let thousands of acres burn, along with the animals who live there! Well, the production of the batteries for the green cars leaves a bigger carbon footprint than my Camaro. Total lack of reason.
