It hit me as I was watching the news a couple night ago. They were covering the Cuomo story of several women coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment. Now, a bunch of elected Democrats are saying he needs to be thrown out. This call to toss him is only based on allegations. No testimony. No trial. No evidence (yet). Don't get me wrong - I think he's probably guilty of hitting on beautiful 20-somethings who've worked for or with him over the years. Maybe worse. But, in watching the coverage of this it hit me that the story of all those people he stuffed into the rest homes who died, and of his covering up the numbers of deaths to stymie Trump (so that must make it all ok) is all being forgotten. They'll calling for his ouster while it really seems he should go to prison. He won't go to prison. Given the way the news is working out he, at worse, will skate with a big, fat pension to a life of public speaking gigs and tv shows. All those dead folks he mistreated...will all be forgotten.

My buddy and I were talking about this earlier today. I said, "Imagine if it was Trump who made all those infected and weak people go back into those rest homes that were not equipped to treat them and a bunch of people died from it - and he covered it up." Both of us shuddered at the thought. What a bunch of scumbags running the show these days...
