She stands unshackled, holding a torch in one hand and a document dated, “July 4, 1776” in the other. The Statue of Liberty stands as a beacon for people far and wide to symbolize what America stands for.

What could replace this statue to better represent what Obama's new America will stand for?

    For this new America,
I see a cheap smiling rusty metal figure of Obama on his pedestal. In one hand is a yoke with, “Producer” written on the collar. In the other hand is a “Little Red Book.”. There is a familiar document crushed underneath his foot.
Ships entering the harbor with those would desire to be the best they can be, should turn around while they can.

Just what you would expect from a man (constitutional scholar) who, before he was elected POTUS claimed our constitution was a flawed imperfect document. Tell you why he thought so tomorrow, Gulchers

The torch inverted and lowered into the water, the tiara tilted over the eyes, the document torn in half, a chain around the neck. and the shoulders hunched.

BHO, the Harvard Constitutional Scholar, in an interview about 2007, 2008, said our constitution was an imperfect flawed document because he didn't address the issue of redistribution of wealth.
