    The vitriol comes out. Not that it's unjustified. SJL, along with Maxine Waters, is probably one of the most racially biased members of Congress. While not from Houston, but still being a Texan, I am chagrined we have such a person representing us.

    However, if confirmed (God help us all), she will be in a perfect position to nip any beginnings of secession from those obstreperous Texans, who most likely would be at the forefront of any such move.
