I'm very happy to have landed in the Gulch... I hope to get some insights for when I watch and discuss the movie.

Because we are all enablers, and I am going to acknowledge my issue...and go into rehab.

I will watch the rest of you deal with the 'cosmic joke' (AKA: The Prince of Trolls) from the sidelines.

    Good luck!

Do you even remember the now infamous "shovel ready jobs" that Obama trotted out, in an effort to justify his now failed stimulus package? Nothing got 'fixed', and no one got a job...except his green energy butt licking cronies.

    Smoke, and mirrors.

And all a bunch of grandstanding BS.

    Try again.

"Less expensive and better care is still a better goal than what we have now."

So is cheaper, and stronger, beer.

But, I would never run to the government to see that happen.

From 2010: "President Obama proposed a $50 billion plan Monday to fix roads, rail lines and airport runways, part of an effort to deal with high unemployment less than two months before pivotal congressional elections."

Who stopped it? "House Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio, said the roads, rails and runways plan is a "doubling down" on the $862 billion White House stimulus plan that he dubbed a failure, given the high rate of joblessness. "We don't need more government stimulus spending, we need to end Washington Democrats' out-of-control spending spree," Boehner said."

It ain't Obama but the right wing that's killing fixing the roads.

From khalling: "Bobby Kennedy offed Marilyn Monroe and you still revere him."

Why do you continue to make stuff up? I haven't posted anything about Kennedy... Any of them.

"Newton experimented with alchemy, Feynman was married three times,"

So? Why should I care? I'm not quoting them to support my point. You did quote a particular book and I pointed out how outdated it is. You are correct, Ayn was a human being. She should not be taken literally, and many of her words are twisted, as are the words of the christian bible of the right wing.

" Dickens was a racist, Mother Theresa lied about her miracles, Gandhi forgot to eat that time,"

    Sheesh, so?

"JFK had multiple affairs" ROFL... It's been confirmed that Kennedy in addition to painful back problems also had Addison's Disease. It's unlikely he had much of a sex life at all. But, again, why should I care?

" our first black president did too... " ROFL... Still can't get over Bill Clinton huh? Remember he left Bush a budget surplus that was squandered.

Please bring us some relevant facts.

cuz all companies are evil and see that their profits increase if they poison their customers and the govt is the Virgin Mary who protects and watches over us better than we can watch over ourselves. More like, put up a sign saying "This Way" on a bridge with no return over a cliff that took 50 bureaucrats to agree to and 50 more to look the other way as the lemmings surged on down the road to prosperity, singing companionably and with great spirit "this land is our land" while they passed shells of little towns and burnt out urban cities in hopes they could take over a plot and start growing MJ and get a subsidy from Mr. Vilsack, only to find out the smelt weren't running so the salmon were dying 1000 miles away so they couldn't collect water or irrigate their crop and what crops grew were taken over insects but it was ok cuz the population was dying out due to resurgences of malaria in Louisiana and polio in the Midwestern states because we benevolently banned pesticides and focused on carbon credits instead of clean drinking water. they might have been saved but the doctors couldn't get quickly to the catastrophes because they had to stop and charge their electric cars 3 hours for every 5 hours of driving ....
