Fallacies of Vision

Fallacies of Vision is a collection of short stories that are based on contemporary quotes and events. The intention of these stories is to present how these impassioned word and choices made by the American people could be delivering the United States into a global society similar to that written about in my novel Shadows Live Under Seashells.

At present, Fallacies of Vision consists of five recently written short stories and one story, Erosion, which was taken from my commentary writing days in 2005.

Over time, I will continue to add stories to this collection (2-3 stories every other month) which my readers will receive for free.

A sample of Fallacies of Vision can be obtained by clicking on the book cover on Amazon.

At this time, as a provision of Amazons KDP program, I cannot provide digitized content anywhere but Amazon. It kind of stinks but they hold market share when it comes to book selling and I need their audience.

I can create locally a copy of the book in ePub format if you're interested, PM me you email address and I'll make a copy.

You'd have to identify the documents folder on your Nook and copy the ePub into it. It should then show up as a book on your device.

Sorry to be so long in getting back. This sucks. I can't find a documents folder on my Nook. This is the plain jane model, so probably not there.

No worries. I only own a Kindle but I'm a geek so I'll give it a go.

A document folder has to be there (unless the device physically stores no books), or named something similar. If you have windows try this, click open Computer (or My Computer) and then connect your Nook. A drive should present itself, most likely called Nook. Open that drive and search for a folder named Documents or something meaning the same thing (new content? Shelves?). In that folder you should find the books you've downloaded. This is where the file I send should be placed. I can't be 100% certain since I do not own a Nook but it seems the logical route.

Read it, loved it. Pertinent parables :) A must read for new intellectuals. (The Obama phone lady alone made it worth the read!) (I hope that wasn't a spoiler. ) lol

The writing is crisp and direct. The first story is easily the best of the five. Each of the cautionary tales centers on one of more failures to envision reality. Typically, different people commit different errors in judgment. Some people are brought down by a whole raft of mistakes. The most tragic fall to single fallacies of vision.

This is a Kindle download for 99 cents, so it hard to pass up. (Kindle emulators for Mac and PC are free.)

I finally updated the content for Fallacies of Vision. My apologies for the delay. I had two new stories to add but decided the second story wasn't exactly where I wanted it to be. The non-stop alteration of the second story is what caused the delay. Amazon has the new content as of today and has been notified of the update. Hopefully sooner than later you will be notified of new material. For lack of a better word I hope all of you enjoy the new story.
