The one thing leftist politicians in Oregon refuse to do is require state workers to make ANY contribution to their own pensions. When PERS (public employee retirement system), was set up, the idiot savants assumed an investment return of 8%, then the market tanked.

All crime in whatever form is ultimately theft. Socialism is THE "...ism" of theft. Once one adopts socialism, all other crimes are acceptable.

All of these authoritarian actions at the state levels make it clear we can't let these imperious fools gain control at the national level. Many of the new socialist breed have already made it clear they want to tax 401Ks and IRAs, going so far as to make some or all of the investments in those private pensions treasury bonds.

The socialists masquerading as liberals know that they can't pay for all of the "free" stuff they promise without stealing as much wealth as they can from the productive members of American society. Even more concerning is the fact they've adopted a delusional fiscal theory, called Modern Monetary Theory that claims the amount of indebtedness of a nation with fiat money is irrelevant, since it can just print as much money as it needs. Somehow that fantasy brings images of greenbacks quickly becoming toilet paper in value.

Look at NY, Kalifornia and Oregon and Wa, they are all sliding into a 3rd world nation status as they divert taxpayer money from what it was stolen for, to what they want to use it for. A voter voting demoncrat is now voting for a socialist, whether they say they are one or not. This has been the plan all along. Trump upset it and is a threat to it, so they are more in the open than ever, instead of just crazy stuff, they have moved to the insane, such as abortion at birth (murder) and free things for all illegal and special groups immigrants, all to disrupt and destroy any group identity.
