Nutty Nancy Sez Trump "does violence to the Constitution" Due To AG Appointment

The mental malfunction who gave us "Let's pass this bill to see what is in it" and other dim Dems proclaim that Trump violated the Constitution both by forcing the resignation of Sessions and appointing Whitaker in his stead.
Reminds me dino how Klansman Robert Byrd loved to pluck out his little brown pocket Constitution whenever he disputed just about anything a Republican president did.
Me dino has one of those. I could wave ,my paperback Constitution and proclaim the moon is made of cheese all day.
So may Dems, so many "experts" so ready to pop off what is Constitutional or not.
Me dino would rather trust what I've heard Mark Levin, Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity has said on the subject of presidential appointments.
There is nothing in the Constitution that says the president can't hire or fire any appointee he wants. He does not even have to give a reason.

Ah, my favorite Nutty Nancy quote. Me dino was telling people at the time that I never thought I would live to hear something so stupidly insane come out of an elected politician's mouth.

It made a huge impression on me dino when I was into my 20s with lefty things related to the Vietnam War protests leading my errant moody mind to believe that socialism may be a good thing.
Reading Animal Farm gave me my "Uh, wait a minute" moment.
Then the inept Jimmy Carter, who I voted for, gave me his gift of malaise, compelling me to vote for Ronald Reagan and there was no turning back to all my former foolishness.

If her face popped up on an SNL skit, I think the entire television audience would have the same reaction Bluto had in Animal House when Kent Dorfman's picture came up as a possible Delta House pledge.

"Animal Farm" was probably Orwell's best work which is odd given his socialist tendencies.

That's because Democrats (psst, that including socialists, even communists) consider themselves to be our elite betters put on this earth to lord over all of us little people.
They wannabe a new aristocracy reminiscent of the more than equal pigs of Animal Farm.

First, the still-in-force Vacancies Act says the President may do exactly what he's done, without regard to seniority, existing chain of command, or any of it.

    Second, Congress is in recess.

Third, the Vacancies Act is entirely within the Constitution. "Congress may by law vest the appointment power in the President alone."

Fourth, if anyone is doing violence to the Constitution, the Democrats are.

Democrats are very good about selective enforcement, that's for sure. They sure have a "let-it-slide" attitude toward their own priorities when their Constitutionality is challenged.

A point someone makes can be both valid and hypocritical.

Their actual argument has some merit. They are arguing that the appointment came without Senate approval - that the position falls under the "Officers of the United States" and they may actually have a valid point. It is a completely hypocritical point to make given Barack Obama's appointment of "czars" and all their other anti-Constitutional behavior, however.

I created a meme with one of our maltese litters during the obobo years...it was a big hit.

One of the pups was especially attentive in a photo, so I added comment: HEY! we're still waiting for our free obama Bone!!!

I'll try to add it to my Memes post. Yep, it's there now, naturally the last one.
