I haven't personally encountered this but I'd be happy to try to help figure this out.

Just to clarify, you only get this error when you try to edit an existing post you submitted? Does it happen if you try to edit a comment?

I'm going to have to ask you several questions (like what browser, device, OS) you're using so I can try to duplicate this... would you mind sending a message through the contact form? https://www.galtsgulchonline.com/cont...

  Often after typing a lengthy response I have searched a definition and return to find everything I wrote is gone . So I will submit and due a quick edit. This has not been a problem with comments but half the time in starting a discussion ,I can't edit a post I submit due to the error.

    I had problems with my iPad as well.

        When using Ipad I had several issues.
