I am not a big fan of Trump, but I have to give credit where credit is due. That was a powerful speech. He said nearly all of the right things. And it was heartfelt.
His methods and manner of operating are less than perfect, but thankfully he is in power rather than those that speak of the state as the solution to all problems. He, at least, sees the true solutions to be in the hands, heads and hearts of the individual citizens and business builders.

Your last paragraph about finding an "enclave" is pretty much right on. Finding a reasonably small number of really good people would not be a terrific challenge, but defending such an enclave would be quite difficult. Look at Ruby Ridge, Waco, and the Bagwhan. These enclaves would need to be relatively small and pretty much self sufficient in order not to attract attention
