The "fundamental change" that needed to take place was the abolition of slavery. That took place 150 years ago. Did Obama succeed in making a fundamental change? A very detrimental change, yes. But I don't call it "fundamental". As yet.

Somehow, when Obama salivates over a socialist utopia, I don't think he is thinking of those things, I think he is seeing his role as a more dictator type leader in power for life. Hillary can't even understand those with less money she says, so I don't think he really is thinking about making everyone's life utopian.

Until it has been overturned is unConsitutional (should have been originally) or repealed by Legislature, this one is still true.

I personally don't care what other nations think of us because none of them are free nations. There is one thing not in doubt, however, no one questions Trump's resolve in geopolitical matters. Obama was constantly backtracking over his own red lines. Our allies could not depend on us to keep our word and that certainly is a problem.

"3. Economy in tatters,"

The economy under Obama was one long recession. One can argue that it didn't start on his watch and might be partially correct, but Obama sure drug it out through his high taxes and the ACA. Forbes ran several articles on how businesses were just holding off until regulations stabilized or tax rates came down to expand and hire. That happened under Trump and a Republican Congress.
One should also look at the underemployment rate under Obama, which skyrocketed and stayed near to 15% for much of his two-term stay.

"4. More people on some form of government assistance tha ever before,"

This one is certifiably true. There are more people on food stamps, more on medicare (if you include federal ACA), and more on SS Disability than ever before.

"5. A drastically weakened military"

This one can be evaluated in both perception or reputation and in readiness. Readiness as reported by the Joint Chiefs was down significantly under Obama and recruiting had fallen to an all time low. Combine this with Obama's inclusion of destabilizing elements (homosexuals) in combat crews, his retasking of military to "Muslim outreach" and his disastrous combat policies, these all contributed not only to bad morale among the troops, but record numbers refusing to re-enlist after a term and more combat troops in harm's way without clear Rules of Engagement.

Perception can be evaluated in the number of challenges to our military, and not just from radical Islamic groups. Remember, Russia's invasion of Crimea happened on Obama's watch and I can't help but recall his statements to Medvedev "Tell Vladimir I'll have more flexibility after the election." China also built an airfield out of an atoll in the South China Sea, threatening many other US-friendly nations in the area such as the Philippines.

"6. infrastructure crumbling (Not necessarily his fault entirely),"

This one I will challenge. Every politician since Eisenhower's introduction of the federal highway system has been harping on this one, and its garbage. Most of the "crumbling infrastructure" isn't part of the Federal system, but rather the States are responsible - especially those blue States like California who don't perform their inspections (Oroville Dam, anyone?)

I would also point out that the Deepwater Horizon oil spill can also be indirectly attributed to Obama. Under GW Bush, that rig had been cited several times for dangerous practices - exactly the same kind of practices that led to the spill. Under Obama, those same inspections now turned up glowing reports.

"7. DOJ and FBI leadership corrupted and ,"

This one is certainly the case as is now being exposed nearly every day in the non-mainstream news. We know that there was an ongoing conspiracy to try to discredit Trump through bogus accusations all created by the same corrupt FBI officials who intentionally botched the Hillary Clinton email scandal. We also know they abused the FISA warrant process in order to spy on Trump's presidential campaign.

We could also go into Obama's weaponization of the bureaucracies such as the IRS (denying or slow-rolling tax-exempt status for conservative political organizations), the EPA (the Waters of the US rule), and even Borders and Customs (the Gibson Guitar nonsense) - not to mention the most corrupt Department of Justice (first under Holder of Fast and Furious infamy) and then Loretta Lynch (who's meeting with Bill Clinton during an ongoing investigation into Hillary was clearly a conflict of interest).

"8. Intelligence community weaponized and used against opposition political party and it’s presidential candidate."

This one has been happening for decades, but it reached all new levels under Obama.

He was the icon for the 'entitled black", which set the cause of acceptance of blacks by a LOT. He saved his own ass by being black because of the guilt a lot of white people had for what their distant ancestors sis with slavery. Personally, I feel ZERO guilt for slavery, since I wasnt even around anywhere close to that time, and I didnt bring anyone's great grandaddy over by "tight pack".

Blacks should just get over it and move on. Today's black people are not fundamentally better or worse than any other person in my view.
