Trump revokes security clearance for former CIA director John Brennan
President Trump has revoked the security clearance for former CIA director John Brennan, the White House announced Wednesday, in the first decision to come from a review of access for several top Obama-era intelligence and law enforcement officials.
White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders read a statement on behalf of the president during the start of the press briefing, saying Brennan “has a history that calls his credibility into question.”
You think?!!! Should have been done a long time ago. Now how about the others that really don't need the clearance they have or any clearance level for that matter?
When I levt defense work ,y clearance was lifted immediately, not after some beriod of years.

If someone implies that he has special knowledge but is not being consulted on anything, he is a fraud. If he is being consulted on the QT by people within the organization that have an agenda contrary with current policy, he is a traitor. If he uses his clearance to gain access to information that he has not been asked to evaluate, he is a thief. I suspect Brennan is all three.
It is high time the President implemented his promise. Brennan has been a rabid dog, totally out of control since Trump was elected. He was vicious before, making extreme comments on the political right but he became unhinged after the elections.
It does not make much sense to leave the security clearance intact for people who live their job that requires it. When you leave a job in corporate America, the first thing revoked is your access to any information of your old employer. Why would Brennan and the others still need clearance? To leak on CNN?
Other on the block are: Clapper, Comey, Michael Hayden, Sally Yates, Andrew McCabe, Storzok (he was fired), Lisa Page (his mistress), Susan Rice and Bruce Ohr.
None of these need clearance any more.
