I was bringing a part to our service mgr and while driving down the road a pheasant flew into my bumper . Upon returning I gave the bird to the mgr who was from So Dakota he showed me that breast trick. It took him 30 seconds to clean the bird.

I'd hate to clean that many birds to provide some horde of people with dove meat..
You clean them by inserting a thumb under a breastbone and you pull the breast out with your thumb.
It''s a bit messy and gruesome and they skip that part on the video I'm providing to protect the squeamish, I guess.

It's not entertainment value; I'm interested in the content, too. I just want it to be more professionally done, the way needed by business decision makers who have limited time. A sales presentation hits the same points repeatedly, but good ones vary the presentation just enough to make the point and the sale. If the authors want to be taken seriously, then they have to learn those skills.

For example this stupid video is an audio tape (repeated and repeated) with a still photo pasted from 2 different unrelated photos. Go to film school or, better yet, learn to write instead.
