The LAounty DA declines to prosecute (statute of Limitations issues) and CBS Board refused to remove. I guess it really does pay to be famous and powerful. Do what every ou want and get away with it. (excluding Capital crimes, at least for now. Not even reqal sure about that either.)

Why oh why oh why are people so quick to judge if it is a negative accusation.
YEARS ago he said "you so fine" or gave some lady a hug that she didn't really want?
If it was sooo horrible they would have said or done something at the time.
It used to be that acknowledging a women was a welcoming gesture that indicated she wasn't being excluded from the "male culture".
Now, those well intentioned welcoming gestures are being exaggerated and condemned as if they were mean spirited.
If he acted coldly, he would have been a male bigot, if he acted friendly he is now a sleeze.
Madness.
