That video was filmed in 2 different places. The opening of the video show to Obama's left a Pillar, very bright light and a exit out with people standing within it. At the end of the video, to Obama's left and where he walks toward, no door, no column no bright light and does have some sort of chandelier. Me thinks he gave that devastating speech to Bilderberg then learned is was taped. Then gave another speech in Belgium and worked it in (not so bad with what precedes it) to have plausible deniability.

He said it, but its taken out of context. What he said is the opposite of what that hacked video indicates. This shows that part of the speech as delivered:

'Cover' is an editing term (I'm an editor).
Q is saying that the speech we see in the video, is NOT the one given to that room.
The original video has been edited. The real speech has been kept from us.
The speech in the video is NOT what was delivered to that specific crowd / room we see at the beginning of the video.

So true. Although the video was altered it was typical of Hussein to state one thing and do the opposite. Transperancy for example.

A possible Point was to show how easily a manipulation of video can occur

The idea that "ordinary men and women are too small minded to govern their own affairs" lumps people like us together with "ordinary men and women". It is exactly the opposite of the individualism that made America worth migrating to.

It sounds like O's voice and certainly matches what I expect of him. In the video his lips don't match the words being said.
