An AR-15 Ain't No Assault Rifle, Y'all
Even a so-called dumb Alabama redneck kin tell a libtard, "No, thet thar AR on ther side of an AR-15 rifle don't stand fer no diddly-squat "assault rifle." So quit a-sayin' sech stupid shee-it. Thet thar "AR" means ArmaLite Rifle, yuh dumb as a brick son of a bird-brained pecker-wood!"
A semiautomatic rifle can't be classified as an assault rifle because it can only shoot one time per trigger pull.
Now one of those bumper stocks can convert a semiautomatic into a hand-held machine gun. being a full automatic the essence of an assault weapon.
But here in The Gulch me dino is preaching to the choir. Whoa, whoa, whoa! That's just a "so to speak," y'all. So don't all yuh atheists go git yer panties in a wad.
Explain what I just wrote ter some whack-job lib and I'll bet a dollar ter a doughnut thet he/she/it or whutever fits will just turn right around and jabber on about AR-15s being assault weapons.

Can your face turn a dinosaur into stone?
The body that ran across state prison to break up fights during the 80s and the 90s can't even so much as jog anymore.
I am extinct. Sob! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Kuu3...

I've been reading speculation he is at heart a swamp denizen and today I read he's again really annoyed Trump. I woulda bounced Sessions by now.
Been thinking all along Trump should have replaced him the first time Sessions used the word "recuse."
Sessions. Just roll over Joshing Jeff and leave that recuser behind.
RINO statist. As he sits on his hands with his thumb up his .......
Nunes and Grassley have turned up the pressure on him.

You're a straight shooting kind of guy. You don't get all fancy with the palace intrigue.
And that's why you are not incredibly wealthy and the most powerful man in history.
Read Attorney Liu's tweets and let them sink in.
Also noticed her saying 2018 will be a great year~ due to Sessions, I gather. We'll see..
The carbine's effective range is the length of a football field while that of an actual AR-15's .223-cal round is about six times as far.
My carbine is named The Evil Hag because its construction was inspired by Candidate $hillary saying, "I dream of open borders."
It is purely meant to be a defensive weapon.
.
Bought it the day after someone tried to force open the door of a next-door neighbor at an apartment complex about the time Clintonista became el presidente.
I illegally hung on to the 12-guage when the hand grip became banned. After the ban was lifted, I traded it in to help pay for a .45 pistol that I later traded to help pay for the 9mm 15-shot "car gun" I keep in my glove compartment.
Bought it at a gun dealership.

Despite having three 9mm pistols, I actually broke down and bought a 357 because I got tired of looking at three useless speed loaders left over from my department of corrections days.
357 rounds will fit in a speed loader for .38-cals. Those speed loaders are more noticeable for conversation pieces with bullets in them now. But who wants to look stupid should someone ask about the revolver those things are supposed to speed load?
That way, I won't have to hand crank it like during the Civil War.
Next thing you know, they'll try to ban "Assault Revolvers".
Oh, and P.S....it has a "pistol grip".
Bump stocks are a toy, but their effects can also be mimicked by looping your thumb through a beltloop. Yup. The debate on bump stocks is even more ridiculous than the one on pistol grips (which help some people with real "gun control") or any of the other fancy attachments you can use on a standard Picatinny rail.
Keep "tapping out" those short bursts!
Marines were being pulled out of Nam by 1969. So lucky me missed that boat. I was a supply clerk who never got out of the Carolinas for my entire two years, well, minus two months for a "school cut" when I used the GI Bill to go to college.
Second, I love that Rick Scott and Trump disagree... We need this. 2 GREAT solutions that do not hinder the 2A to talk about. It's a great idea.
Third, I like how Trump is offering to ban the Bump Stocks. KNOWING this does not deter from the 2A issue, and is a throw away to most of us.
But, I want him to be careful, because he said he would make illegal ANY device that could make a weapon fully automatic. (This is already illegal, BTW. Just being in possession of a kit that converts a gun to Auto without a permit is the same as having an automatic weapon). MY Issue is that the LibTard judges will declare MACHINING equipment capable of such action, and start arresting conservatives for having things like a FILE, a saw, a piece of wood, a belt, etc.
This is the first time we have a NON-Politician in the White House... And he has GAME!
Stop worrying so much about the tool and more about the person using it!
It chaps my ass because I think it reveals the lawmakers' real intentions. It's not to disarm the citizens. It's to exploit people's differences. The phrase "semiautomatic assault weapon" is confusing. I can't think of an non-political reason to use that language in a bill.
Then it turns out to include market-oriented reforms that started in Republican think tanks. But it's all nonsense, so Republicans try to pass their own gov't healthcare bill without lawmakers reading it or debating it. When it fails, they dick with ACA in way that may lead to more socialism in medicine, although the outcome remains to me seen. I'm hopeful Amazon and other companies will bypass the whole thing and find ways to bring together buyers and producers of healthcare, obviating the whole government mess.
I know. I dropped my ACA-compliant plan starting this year. We are in a cost-sharing plan that has no formal contract but shields us from the penalty. I love it not for what it is but because it causes providers to grow a brain. No matter how high our deductible, providers used to tell us to ask our insurance. Now they understand we're bringing money in, and they use common sense. "Oh, you're using your own money? Really? Well then don't come back unless the problem comes back, and if it comes back in the same form within 12 months I can call in a prescription free of charge." Yes! We get better pricing than the so-callled negotiated rate through DeanCare.
Think my record for holding the TV remote tolerance lasted about two whole minutes one time.
I don't know what "assault weapon" means either, so I guess it's a very good analogy: both things I don't get and maybe are just political nonsense.
Nam-----Nationality-----Ethnicity------------------Race
TM-------US------------ - African American------African
GZ-------US-------------- Jewish/Peruvian-------50% European 25% Indigenous to the Americas 25% African
Just that chart shows how the world is becoming global and the racial, ethnic, national identities are getting blended up. It started with ship navigation methods, it go faster with jet travel, and with digital communication it's quickly becoming history.
I actually don't understand if you're saying reporters wanted GZ to be guilty so they used race or if they wanted race to be the primary issue, so they used GZ.
I don't get this stuff at all. I got it when I read Bartolomé de las Casas when I was learning Spanish back in college. Europeans figured out navigation. They would soon find a reliable way to calculated longitude. The world was changing. I get that we're living with the echos of all that. Maybe it's because I'm so introverted and because I've never experienced racism. I know it's still a huge problem. I sort of get it because where I live it's mostly people of German and Asian ancestry. But most people travel so much today that it's hard to understand.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think this is stupid on the part of reporters who view it this way. Racism is a real and serious problem, but not every problem has a racial component.
But lets get to your response. You contradicted you own argument in your second sentence when you used the term dangerous. Yes, they were also thrifty and didn't want to pay. Hell they never paid the property owner at Valley forge the rent they owed. But the bottom line is that they didn't want to risk a despot having power over them...Because they just threw one off! I am sorry if you are willing to risk being a slave and have no means of ameliorating your plight....I do not.
Some of the more uptight aethists must think they'll go "poof" into a dust cloud or maybe melt.
Since my god ain't Apollo I capitalize my Creator with a big G.
Uh, what did I just write? Aw, who cares? No, y'all, me dino ain't pushing religion.
I'm just being my mean 'ole nasty dino me.
Bwahaha!
I explained that had to NRA qualify with it as a corrections officer each year since around 1985. I retired two weeks after re-qualifying during 2003, but it was nice to learn I had not lost the knack.
I also had a 9mm carbine modified to fit into the form of an AR-15 because I'm so used to the configuration. I'm allowed to shoot the carbine on the pistol range at the indoor range where I like to shoot.
Redneck farmers, coal miners, plumbers, even ditch diggers can tell you that an AR-15 "ain't no" assault rifle~but it seems lib college professors, politicians and other so-called elite intellectuals can only deal with feelings and not with facts.
I thought it was interesting and tragic that there were 4 cops who choose to NOT go after the shooter in florida not one.. That in and of itself tells you why we need to own guns. The cops from what I have read and noted even in grand junction Colorado that the cops have basically entered someone's house and shot them when unarmed. they are evidently not afraid of the law abiding citizen but do not want to tangle with the bad guys who they are paid to stop etc.
I'm always friendly with the armed security there. Me dino is always friendly with everybody.
Trust everybody with my life? Nope, not me.
Oh, the other half of the reason I conceal carry is because bad guys will likely first target cops and any armed security before my paid protectors get to consider the option of fight or flight.
Some will chicken out. That's just the way it is.
I'll never vote for him for anything ever again.
Same goes for craven career politician Richard Shelby. I've voted for him a few times (over Dems~not same party challengers) despite his showing me his conniving yellow streak when I was a reporter during the 70s.
Things this coward said about the already defamed Roy Moore was the final straw.
I'll vote for no one if I must to avoid voting for RINO Richard. .

You began whatever you're trying to say with "I don't know if this will post--"
Don't worry. Once I lost my temper here and threw a keyboard fit. Instead of kicking me off the board, the higher ups just wiped clean what I wrote.
And we even have that Obama-voting Circuit Guy still around.
So I guess it's no bull that Sitting Bull assault rifles won that battle.
