Check any metropolitan area under Democrat control, and it's a shthole. With GM deciding to bring its truck production back to Detroit from Mexico, that's one shthole whose fortunes may improve, thanks to President Trump. I doubt any dumbass Democrat voters will give him credit for it.

Having just returned from SF, I can tell you that it is worse than NYC pre-Giuliani. Heroin-dealing and shooting-up out in the streets in broad daylight. Police did nothing. Homeless and people who do not have their wits about them wander the streets, many yelling incoherently. It's sad.

Where is the liberal environ[mental] social justus out rage to do something, throw crony money at the problem...wow, they actually mapped out these areas to be avoided.

Really who cares about any of that stuff, particularly. if you have humans using the streets for toilets The regressives ignore basic sanitation. Imagine the stench riding in those trolleys. Personal hygiene probably not so good.

The problem in places like SF is not its politics (except maybe government unwillingness to make the bums go away, which appears to be imposed on them by federal courts). The problem is well-meaning lefties who believe the bums are all really homeless and give them money, thus creating an incentive for them to stay and bring their friends.
