European Socialism

According to MailOnline, Germany has begun deportation of a portion of its elderly to countries that provide cheaper care such as Hungary, Czech Republic, etc. How is this possible? Shouldn't taxing rich Germans raise enough revenue to care for seniors at home? Doesn't swearing loyalty to European Socialism (required if you want to do business in the EU) bring about "fairness" for the aged? Perhaps a new 110% tax could be levied. Of course, this is Germany which has a lot of experience with deportation.

Interesting post. Why do you think more Germans haven't left on their own before "deportation"?
I am currently in a place with lots of Canadian snowbirds, and we were talking about how long they wait to see a specialist. Often, many of these people will take care of health issues here. They are seen quickly and the cost is cheap. They are clearly eager to pay, in fact, to have their health issues managed. Who would have guessed? Anyway, many of them talk about their government and how corrupt it is and how they have given up voting. Yet they seem content in the slow decline and fall of their government. Rhetorically speaking to everyone, not just fivedollargold for being the messenger, if you are here in the Gulch, as a rational man or woman, your eyes should be ahead. You know there is a big ass train wreck coming. Are you on one of the trains? Did you pay for the fuel?

The math always work on in the heads of progressives when they think the numbers of "X" and "Y" can be anything they want them to be.
