Oh, how oo wee beautifully PC.
PATOOIE! Turns my stomach!
If me a white old dino went limping along to the back, I'd keep going until I was outside.
Me the allosaur would also be sorely moved to roar on the way out.
Hope me with my dino temper will omit profanity while yelling something like, "Stupid racist PC pinheads!" and/or "Libtardism is a mental disorder!"
I was about to click on Submit when I had this new thought~
Perhaps the best thing I could yell while leaving would be, "Look y'all! I'm Rosa Parks! I'm Rosa Parks! I'm Rosa Parks! I'm Rosa Parks!"
Follow up thought: Hell's bells! Bet all those millennial little self-righteous punks would not even know who Rosa Parks is.
Was. I now recall reading that she died.
Whoa! Rosa Parks refused to go to the back. Never mind.

Once long ago as I was growing up in Atlanta, I was sitting one seat ahead of the white line on a crowded bus and an elderly black granma had made her way back, but it appeared that not one black person was going to give her a seat, so I stood up and offered her mine. The bus driver actually atopped the bus and chewed me out! I was so nonplussed I got off his damn bus. It changed my outlook then and there.

Having seen Watters of Watters' World interview so many clueless people on the street and on the beach, I think we have a long way to go before we will ever be able to pry pulled race cards from the mouths of anal oral orifices.

"Good neighbors come in all colors." I agree, but
"Ass holes come in all colors" as well. As soon as it becomes generally acceptable to separate racism from ass-holiness without being called a racist society will have come a long way.

Would appreciate if ISIS can do us a great favor and perform their next fire and hell show on any of Lido Pimienta's future shows.

"Reason is virtually helpless against that condition." Thanks, puzzlelady. This old brain of mine keeps forgetting that great truth and I need to be reminded from time to time. Quite frustrating, actually. LOL! The nuggets of truth and humor here in the Gulch sometimes really make my day.

Only an Idiot would buy tickets to one of her concerts given this is something she does on a regular basis!

Although I doubt any of these racial activists have actually experienced slavery, or even racism, their intent is to make sure that it continues so they can exercise what I would call payback. They dish out what they have not received. They are just joining the Sharpton’s and Obama’s of this world. It's not like the Jews who actually continue to fight the prejudice and racism against them in this world. If you continue to preach some untruth, eventually you will get what you preach.

Easy answer...I'd just claim I'm black (assuming I would ever consider attending this bimbo's concert).

    Let's see them argue that!

Unfortunately these young pinheads are actually creating racial division. They are helping no one. We have had the Civil Rights movement, now it is time for them to achieve as citizens of equality. Each time we give them something for nothing, we return them to slavery. Blacks need to see this for what it is, the race against race Alinsky method, which actually first came from the communist Russians. They are falling right into their hands and helping the country become Marxist/Communist.

Absolutely agree! I'd like to add the following to solidarity....mean spirited, diversity, fairness, inclusiveness, homeless, and hate speech.

Points well taken, Mc. However, we still need a word other than simple racism to denote reactionary, vengeful, counter-racist, blowback, mirror-neurotic rejection of those not of close enough kin. This is meme warfare embedded in the emotional part of the brain. Reason is virtually helpless against that condition.

I am not sure the back of the bus is that bad !! I used to sit voluntarily in the back in north carolina back when the "coloreds: HAD to sit there .

Today we are bombarded with all sorts of politically correct demands in terms of speech, who you vote for politically, and many other things.

I am to the age that I say what I want, live in the neighborhoods I want, and vote for who I want.

If it offends the snowflakes around, so be it. They can get over it. I also try to stay away from them unless there is something that I desperately need from them.

A good test is to find out if they voted for Hillary or supported Sanders. If they did, I shun them. Doesnt mean they have to had voted for Trump to be ostracized by me.

It's the trend she represents that worries me.
No, I'm not just worried. I'm OFFENDED!
    I'M OFFENDED! I'M OFFENDED!
    WAH! WHERE'S MY SAFE SPACE?!
    I WANT MY COLORING BOOK!

I agree with what you are saying here, but don't go along with the phrase "reverse racism". Yeah, I've seen this phrase before when people try to explain racist actions against white people by non-whites, but it's really a bogus phrase. People of color that advocate or perform racist acts against white people are not "reverse racists". They are racists, period.

Edit add: Her "love and unity" label is about as truthful as the name "Democratic Peoples Republic of North Korea".

Me dino is into the "content of character" concept in the "I Have A Dream" speech by MLK.
One's "content of character" has nothing to do with any skin pigment accident of birth.
What ancestors may have done has nothing to do with with a person's "content of character" either.

Indeed. I believe, as Ayn Rand pointed out, the power of the looters is often dependent upon the sanction of the victim. As long as white people can be brainwashed and intimidated to "shut up and sit down" or to genuflect to such demands this is going to get a lot worse.

The PC mantra of the new Jim Crow is actually quite simple:

The black man that stands up for his rights, family, and community is a hero and must be praised.
The Hispanic man that stands up for his rights, family, and community is a hero and must be praised.
The white man that stands up for his rights, family, and community is a hateful racist, oppressor, Nazi, KKK member, Alt-Right advocate, and must be put down like a rabid dog.

I lived through the "civil rights era" and though I was quite young I understood enough to truly believe in equal rights for everyone and thought privileges based on skin color were idiotic. A merit based (content of character) system made a great deal of sense. It seemed by the late '60s the nation was well on its way to achieve that goal. That is, the race based system of Jim Crow was clearly dead throughout the nation as a whole and a new era of mutual respect was rising rapidly. Millions of white people, who were privileged under the old Jim Crow, saw the merit of tearing down that racist system and worked and voted to kill it. Then in the late '70s (hardly a decade had passed!) something happened. A new Jim Crow began to form, which was the same as the old Jim Crow except the racial pecking order was changed. The REAL civil rights movement started to fail. A popular radio talk show host said the civil rights movement became the civil rights industry and it's down hill from there.

The power of the new Jim Crow requires the sanction of its victims to live and grow. And it's growing.

Decades ago a Mad Magazine parody showed Muhammad Ali's caricature yelling, "We'll have white slaves!" This attempt to reorganize the room is a major step towards reverse racism. And she labels it love and unity.

Many concert halls have varying prices for seating. Maybe that's not the case in Halifax. But if people have purchased reserved seats, no whim of the performer has the right to deprive them of their seats. White people in the audience are enriching this singer. Why would anyone want to attend a concert of someone with such attitude?

Notice that she discriminates not only against whites but also against men. Why would she feel "unsafe" when she has a crew and security staff on hand? Will defending the whole string of sexual exceptions lead her to discriminate against straight people?

If all seats cost the same, how about rearranging the room for unity by alternating white and brown guests, like a checkerboard. Or was this whole controversy just another marketing scheme?

AS I am certain that this singers Racist attitudes are well known. I ask myself why would anyone other than a black woman go to one of her shows?

Why worry about an insignificant singer? She will run off most of her audience and will suffer into a deeper abyss of racism. She should learn to embrace and learn a little from all races and take the best from all of them. She apparently doesn't understand common sense.

    Two words:
Boycott - everything with her involved.
Solidarity - Whenever you hear this word, you know that someone is trying to take away your freedom.

Noticing such things these days will prompt racists to call you a racist to hopefully make you shut up and sit down. .
