Government shutdown mean I don't receive my navy retirement but the people in DC who created this mess are still getting paid! Throw them all out along with the corrupt media. Unfortunately the majority rules and people who can change the world have no voice.

  As usual all of these "non-essential" functionaries will get a paid vacation... every time this happens they are reinstated and rewarded with back pay even though they performed no service... sickening!
