Bolshoi-gate, as it's now being called, has elicited bipartisan calls for new investigations. John McCain and prominent Democrats say that this is the smoking gun that should move impeachment proceedings forward.

But the real question is: "Does he use Russian dressing on his salad?"

People who move in the circles of business and politics that Trump and all other politicians move can make contacts easily anywhere that could be used for anything. Trump has used the Clintons (by supporting them financially) and admitted that he was doing it to earn favors from them. He has used 'the law' to make money by taking private property from others. The only difference between himself, Obama, the Clintons, et al is his technique and the promises he will make to get the power to make money after his presidency. Those who voted for him because he promised to prosecute the Clintons (dropped the case), repeal Obamacare 100% (now attempting to rewrite and replace with results expected to be worse) will make excuses about why he is unable to produce the results they expected the same as those who made excuses for Obama's claim that he would stop the war on terrorism by March of 2009 (my communist daughter still thinks he wanted to but was unable because it was someone else's fault). That said I don't know that any attendance at a ballet or other place was anything more than simply a night out. As Freud once stated; 'sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.' If you are going to impeach someone for being an immoral altruist, against the constitution and republic, for their own gain at the cost of liberty, life or robbery of the masses the list is long that need to be charged.

Has anyone considered Impeachment proceedings against John McCain? His actions and utterances are not lucid and his slavish Kowtowing to the Democrats is anything but rational or that representing the party (Republican) in power.

Perhaps there are grounds such as he being incompetent therefore not able to function rationally in the name of the "People". An investigation into his competence is needed quickly. Washington, under the leadership of such "Establishment" stalwarts including McCain (and McConnell, Graham, Ryan, etc.) are now all suspect and perhaps should answer for their "timidity" and "fecklessness".

Their bleating of give us the House and we will play defense, give us the House and the Senate and we will go on the offensive and lastly, give us the House, Senate and the Presidency and we will turn the country around. What happened to those quotes and their attendant "Promises"?

Unfortunately, all we are seeing are a bunch (RINOs) frozen in fear like deer caught in the headlights, too afraid to do what they promised during the last 3 or 4 election cycles where we trusted them. Their apparently "empty promises) are exactly what the majority of us who put them into power wanted. I can promise you this, this abysmal behavior by the quote "leadership" is the last straw for many of us!

If they are going to act like Democrats and promote all of Obama's programs without any real push back at all, tell me again why I shouldn't just vote for the Democrats. If we are going into the sewer, we might as well give the power back to those who seem to what that end most! You can bet, a lot of us are now asking these questions for sure!!!!!!

Ignorance to the point of insanity.
We saw the Bolshoi version of Nutcracker back in the 90's. I don't recall any political influence, but several of the characters reminded me of politicians.

Sorry... but because someone sees a Christmas season ballet (Nutcracker) that was, gasp, written by a Russian, and performed by a world class ballet troupe that also happens to be Russian... in New York City, does NOT make him a "secret Russian Operative" in the pay of Moskva... Hope he was never spotted eating Borscht... or Stroganoff... or (heavens forbid) drinking a Vodka Collins...

Mind you, I am no Trumpist Fangirl whatsoever, but by the logic that because he saw the Bolshoi in NYC performing Nutcracker, he is good Russian plant (maybe he is, maybe he isn't), I must be KGB operative, having been in Motherland, can read Cyrillic ("that funny Russian alphabet"), drink not only vodka but kvas, and have seen Bolshoi 3 times here in USA. And can talk without articles in cheap Russian accent, comrade... (The woods are dark and deep, and I have promises to keep, and miles to go before I sleep... Remember, Natasha Marinova... mles to go before I sleep".... thank you, Charled Bronson, for that!)

Why do people NOT see the smoke and mirror game that's being played on them... Ignore the reality and the real crimes happening, and instead pay attention to the Conspiracy, the Tweets, the Drama, the Hype, and the generated talking head stories. ANd I'm not convinced that McCain et al aren't conspiring in the distraction game.

Have nice day, tovarich! heh heh heh...
