Traditionally. retired Presidents stay out of politics, at least until after the term of the succeeding President. Ah, not true of our former President, the community organizer who wishes to now organize the whole country in his image. He has founded a group called Organizing For Action, or OFA which he claims to have 30,000 persons involved. They are pledged to disrupt everything our current President is trying to do. If this is carried out it will destroy out current method of governing by creating chaos at every opportunity and disrespecting our current laws. It will be a virtual shadow government. As you know, we already have a court system filled with a new breed of judges who will allow you to break the law if you agree with their agenda. The ex-President says he will be involved and dedicated to organizing communities for "progressive change such as gun control, healthcare, climate change and immigration reform. If this doesn't scare you, it should.

While 'Barracula' likes to force the country toward socialism I wonder if he signed up for Obamacare? Oh wait, all of the legislators and executives allowed for opting out for themselves, it is just the slaves that must sign up.

Abhorent , I define Obama's actions as leading a rebellion.

Article 1, Section 9. 2nd paragraph of the USA constitution..
The Privilage of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public safety may require it.

Obama stated "he would work towards a smooth transition for the new admin" . As in the past when he say's one thing it means the other. Under these circumstances they seem to be working together to bring about a particular result, typically to someone's detriment. That is a definition of something.

OFA already has 250 offices nationwide filled with 32,525 volunteers nationwide. This didn't just happen. It has been in the works for some time.

I'd say that's likely if O'Marxist really has 30,000 involved in his sabotage operation.
Me dino wonders if Antifa would be part of that number.
Heard on the Fox talk radio yesterday that Antifa wants to celebrate July 4th by attacking Confederate flags, statues and such things on the hallowed ground of the Gettysburg Memorial Park.
          Such class.

Absolutely. Soros is a major contributor to OFA. Paul Sperry of the NY Post has indicated as much, and points out that of the 30k+ many are lawyers who will file lawsuits at the drop of a hat, thus clogging things up in order to delay and smother any actions they want to stifle. The entire organization is Anti-American, and if it was fronted by a foreigner, or less prestigious person would be in front of a committee now.

            Soros and the entrenched socialist/communists
are at war with Trump and half the people including me. I would like to see Sessions start taking down the rotten scum starting with Comey ,Lynch ,Wasserman-Shultz, Huma Abidin and Bill and Hillary and charge Soros with treason watch them all come down like dominos. It is a start.

I agree. But something tells me that there is a problem or problems we don't know about. By now, much of what you said should have already happened. The fact that it hasn't tells me that one of the wheels within wheels has come off its axle and it is affecting both sides and both sides don't want it known. OK, so I'm being conspiratorial but there's nothing wrong with that if there truly is a conspiracy. I have never seen such obvious and blatant felonies that everyone knows about and yet nothing is done. Yes, they put on a show, but no result. When they went after "Scooter" Libby, bing, bam, boom an it was done. Something smells like week old fish and nothing is being done. They're just sweeping it around until they lose it.

Where the hell is our FBI?..oh, I forgot, their "Comey"ing the area...kinda queasy wasn't it.

What else should we expect a Communist to do? Not that me dino is so smart.
I predicted that this termite who nibbles on freedom would reside in DC so he could whine to the media every time The Donald unraveled some part of the Obamanation that is his legacy.
His Deep State subversion is much worse. Yeah, me dino did not fully think through what a Communist would do. I'll try harder but I'm getting old.

Why should this scare me? Obama is now a citizen and can organize political action committees if that's how he wishes to spend his time. I mean he does have a right to free speech after all. Also,
nothing surprising about Obama's behavior. His supporters have been begging him to do something about Trump. Also, does anyone have any evidence that Obama is attempting to subvert the government?

I never claimed that Obama was going to do anything. However, one would be a fool to assume OFA is a mere service club with no geopolitical ambition. I do say that OFA has a seditious probability and unlike other presidents who have done their duty as President, BHO has not stepped back from politics but is continuing to pursue it - vigorously.

OFA is just the next ACORN.

I wonder if they can be caught-on-video committing crimes the way ACORN was. The difference being, this time they'd be prosecuted.

I actually take this quite personal, it's almost as if my (and your) vote didn't even count. It doesn't matter that President Trump won by a fair and constitutional election and his puppet Hillary lost. His arrogance is so strong that he’s basically telling us to go to hell, we just don’t count, he knows it all. He does not want to give up power. It's obvious that he actually changed politics a lot more, made it much nastier, broke the democracy down due to ignorance supported by other ignorant people. His new agenda actually represents treason to me. I went to Vietnam and actually fought for this country, not because I wanted to go, but because it was the right thing to do, it was our system, it was the law. I didn’t even protest after they told me to get on the bus. I didn't agree with President Johnson either, but I went anyway because that’s the way our system worked. I still have issues wit those that refused to go. I didn't even vote for Johnson, but then again neither did anyone else. That would have made a better challenge of power than a duly, legally, elected president. I didn't agree with Johnson’s policies, or his interference in the fighting of war, but when he asked me to take up arms and go fight I went. It was the patriotic American thing to do. Obama was educated under some other system than the American way, he has no ties to our constitution or even our laws. He has no educated ties to be patriotic to America. And I’m starting to believe that he’s actually got an agenda to destroy our democracy and make something else of it. I’m also starting to think there may be some legal issues about his treasonous organization that could be pursued, maybe not. Maybe the people will have to take care of it. I always thought too that it was against the law to threaten the president, either I’m wrong or it’s just another law that we now ignore.

If his agenda with this OFA organization takes off, I just hope there are others that will stand up (with me if I’m able) and stop it no matter what it takes. I really think our country is so much stronger than we realize. Maybe Obama will finally step aside when Trump gets reelected. Maybe he and some of his followers will commit suicide, I really doubt it. At this point I really could care less, they are not going to control my country, period. Again, we need term limits, to prevent our representatives from the effects of DC water. Thank God, the president is still restricted to two terms, or does Obama think he's exempt from that too?

There are many ways for Obama to get back in, which is why he remains in Washington. Not the least of which has already been condensed into a single word, "sedition."

Big mistake, with the new Attorney General. The 1st amendment recognizes the right of the people of "peaceable" assembly. Violence against persons or property is not peaceable, and the blocking of transport or access has the possibility of endangering others, which is also not peaceable. Simply adhering to the constitutional meaning, and cracking down on those who abuse the privilege of assembly will make it very unpleasant and difficult for OFA to disrupt.

That's if the situation is not clouded over by deliberate misinterpretations of the Constitution. for example, it is clearly within the purview of the executive branch under the direction of the President to be able to limit immigration in the way Trump wanted. But, look at the crap he had to go through to get it finally implemented. And the Barrackacudas didn't even have to bring in the big guns like the ACLU. OFA is going to do whatever it can to obstruct Trump and keep America moving ever leftward.

Until now, the Democrats have been using the courts to force ultraprogressive policy down our throats, but it's a very real possibility that the SCOTUS may soon have a solid 5-4, and possibly even a 6-3 constitutionalist majority. Plus, there are over 100 federal judge positions that are due for new appointments, so Trump could institutionalize a conservative federal court makeup for the next thirty or more years. I think most Americans would also like to see the GOP use the "nuclear option" requiring a simple Senate majority to pass legislation so that the President can put in place the policies he was elected for.

We are not (yet) a failed state, so action by state and federal law enforcement to shut down violent thugs like Antifa will be welcomed. Federal law enforcement (FBI and ATF) is in the process of helping Chicago reduce gun violence in that city, and if that shows positive results it could change a lot of attitudes. That won't stop the ACLU and other radicals from screaming about Gestapo tactics, but if the number of innocents gunned down is significantly reduced, they'll be ignored by most Americans.

Gotta be careful, though. There's a fine line between guns and bad guys, and guns under amendment #2. Phraseology is very important in legal activities surrounding the use of firearms.

In this case, both the FBI and ATF have emphasized their focus is on black market sales of guns to the gangs, and not legal, law abiding gun owners. They're after the guys who sell guns out of the trunk of their car. Now it's up to the gun owners associations legal teams to birddog their actions and call them on it when they overstep their stated purpose.

Having had some experience with both FBI and ATF people, I can say that I mostly like and admire them. But, like any group of Americans, as people they run the gamut from super patriotic nut jobs to the guys they write the thrillers about.

Obama is making his black race look really bad. He was the worst president we have ever had, and I sure dont want another unqualified black one for the rest of my life. His only qualification was that he was black. He ruined the money, made us less safe with his immigration policies and foreign policies, and changed the black people to entitled black people. What a mess.

It is a mess , and what you say is true. However, no one dares speak the truth because then you will be playing the dreaded race card, which can only be played by blacks, and even then only under special circumstances or when it is used by one of their nuttier representatives.

Now, this would be an organization to closely monitor. Maybe plop in a few undercover people. Maybe we'll see what we missed with all the late 2016 coverups.

Since it's only standing is tax exemption and lies, there is little to be done except to watch. But because it is comprised of Americans, it is far more insidious than ISIS. When it comes to physical fighting we will win, no doubt, but the rot from within, I'm not ready to place any bets.

Persistent little devils, are they not?
The current conflicts in Washington is an example of why they have any standing at all. No matter how blatantly un-American their cause, they stick together and defend it until people either come to accept it or make it impossible for them to continue. But on the other side, no matter how just the cause, there will always be some who cannot just go along. Why is this? That's easy. It is a matter of honesty. The left seems to leave honesty and morality behind, regardless of personal beliefs, when it comes to voting for the "greater good." "Let's get it passed now, and we'll fix it later." (Rarely ever happens.) The ones on the right always have some who simply cannot abandon their consciences and no matter the consequences will do what they perceive as the right thing, even if they are a minority of one. That's why in every conflict between left and right, the left always has an edge.
