One of my Anti Virus S/W freaked out and recco'd blocking the site. (Yes, I have more than one, Dept Head of the Redundancy Dept) Got security?

Why the circles around the A's.... They remind me of something but I don't know what. Something from the beginning of an old black and white movie. What are they? Radio towers?
