Does anyone think that the cast of "Hamilton" would have talked to "Uncle" Joe the way they did VP-Elect Pence?
From the sound/video bite I saw, it was the Character AARON Burr that did the talking. Not sure I got it right but it seems that he was the only real vocal one. The audience was much more vocal with their booing of VP-elect Pence.
There are several ways the actor could have made his point without being disrespectful. Something like "We have some concerns about your potential policies caused by the portrayal of Mr. Trump and you in the press and during the campaign." Something like that would have made the point and maintained the air of respect and courtesy.
Or course most of the Arts elit don't think that either Trump or Pence deserves courtesy and respect.

He followed Alinski's play book right down the line. All he needed was another term as president.
