I think that some here would appreciate that I recently had to give a presentation in my international law class on the powers of the executive and international law.

Touched on the AUMF and SCOTUS cases like Hamdi and Hamdan and even discussed the Patriot Act and Domestic Warrantless Wiretaps.

Had 40 minutes to grip my class and scare the everloving crap out of them ... it was good times.
