Lest ye forget... it's all entertainment. Entertainment to drive revenues. Were news really news, the entertainment industry wouldn't own it, lock stock and barrel. They wouldn't add enough to the bottom line to justify the expenditures just reporting news - much more profitable to MAKE the news, or ENHANCE it to keep your viewers stuck to your show, so they see the pill ads which is making them a fortune.
Always been confused with the American criticism of "Mainstream Media". I assume they don't include FoxNews in this label, as FoxNews regularly uses this epitaph in their broadcasts. SInce FoxNews is the most-watched news source in America, doesn't that mean it is the "mainstream"?
And I still find the comments that claim everything said about Trump was lies hilarious. Thirty years of his idiocy is well-documeted as well as his idiotic tweets and comments recorded in audio and video. Wesley Mouch as President. Good luck.
The press is owned by half a dozen globalisys, and they will stay to that course. The college students they hire hav come from our liberal universities where they are brainwashed. The whole profession is in the tank. Nothing real or true there anymore.
I guess part of my point is this... The "news" about Trump up until the election was one crazy story after another. Any idiot could see it was lies. But, now...Now they are really losing their s&%t. They are really starting to pour it on. During election night you could see the panic set in as their pointed their crooked fingers at the camera and called everybody a bunch of names..."uneducated", "racist", etc. It all continues now. I have come, sadly, to realize that these people aren't going to quit. If they have to invoke a massive, deadly explosion of violence to complicate things, they'll do it. They are no different than those scumbags in the middle-east who launch shells at elementary schools. Nothing is more important to them than the end - which has no end..."progressive".
The jig is up. We now know they have been functioning as a Department of Information--and I do not mean "as in technology"--since long before anyone ever heard the name of Barack Hussein Obama, the First, the Second, or any other number. The election, with voters coming out whom they never suspected, shattered their own illusions of power. They're almost as bad as those pathetic safety-pin-wearing rioters.
Providing a straight answer in somehat biblical terms: They sold their souls to a political campaign and are just now realizing that it was a bad deal.. T
We are cashing in on the education that was taken over by Progressives, and we allowed it. In some cases encouraged it. Out of journalism school came cookie-cutter graduates, indoctrinated with the "virtues" of altruism, and fostered by the media. Neither the media nor the education system knows anything about economics or philosophy that works in real life, but sounds glorious in some sort of ego boosting morality that doesn't require any real action.
No...the mainstream media never had a mind. Can't even say they are out of their head cause that's where the mind would be. Better to say that their brains are still scrambled, burnt and smoldering.
Libtardsoldoutitis propagandis is a very advanced form of liberalism already being a very sick mental disorder. A complete brain transplant is the only cure for most of these people. I know there there are some corrupt others who traded their journalistic integrity for employment purposes. There was a time during 1980 when me dino coulda been one of those.

It was late and I had a glass of wine. The result was this post. Not too bad, though.
