I don't remember Nixon admitting guilt. The pardon, itself, was non-specific. The operative paragraph is:
"As a result of certain acts or omissions occurring before his resignation from the Office of President, Richard Nixon has become liable to possible indictment and trial for offenses against the United States. Whether or not he shall be so prosecuted depends on findings of the appropriate grand jury and on the discretion of the authorized prosecutor. Should an indictment ensue, the accused shall then be entitled to a fair trial by an impartial jury, as guaranteed to every individual by the Constitution."
Hillary can't run again. She is a 2 time loser. The Democrats no longer have to provide cover for her and Bill because she won't be in a position to retaliate against them. I think it's possible Giuliani may make the case that the existing evidence is enough to prosecute and convict and Trump will pardon her. That should neuter them for good.
Nixon was never charged. Ford pardoned him to avoid having the new administration taken up with the investigation. He just wanted "the nightmare" over.
I believe O can't pardon someone who hasn't charged. Do you think they will charge her before the end of the year? And would that signal the truth of why she was not charged prior to the election?
I think that either Obama pardons her, as seems to be in the air or the new AG (Rudy is a good choice) instructs the career law enforcement people to do their job and acts on the recommendations.
There will be a tendency to let her off to avoid looking like retribution, but running for high office should not be a get-out-of-jail free card.

Could we at least put her in a stockade at every townhall in America and have our way with her?..rotten eggs that is.
