Even the libs of that era didn't go for the "court packing" plan. No such integrity exists today. Wonder if they would try it again?

I remember my grandfather trying to tell me that when I was a child. I had no idea then what he meant.

So much is being lost by a society that throws away the wisdom of its elders.

I am sure they are pushing her out the door. To guarantee a smooth appointment they also need the senate.

If one does, Ginsberg, O will have the ability to place another judge in her place, one that will weigh the odds in his favor for the foreseeable future and usher in the rest of his anti-American plan.

I wonder if any of the old lib justices are going to drop off before the election [thereby guaranteeing a lib replacement] or if the people will have to "pry their cold dead hands from" their office.

I place very little stock in SCOTUS to repel this frauds overtures for very long. We have already seen SCOTUS betray the Constitution by allowing O-care to establish itself. I suspect that O-care was never supposed to work. Those who were going to reap wealth from its implementation have already received their shekels of silver ($1T for a website, really?) and its approaching time to strip away any value for whats been paid by allowing SCOTUS to begin to dismantle whatever was there. Yes, I'm that cynical in our gOvernment and have that little faith in the American people these days.

At least 12 times he lost 9-0. He should be embarrassed but then again FDR just tried to find ways around that as well.

The overwhelming irony of this "Constitutional Law Professor" constantly overstepping the bounds of Article 2 would be hilarious if it weren't so tragic.

obama's response sounded just like this:

"Men are not open to truth or reason....Yet we have to deal with them. If we want to accomplish anything, we have to deceive them into letting us accomplish it. Or force them.... They are nothing but vicious animals." (1.7.5.97) Dr. Robert Stadler
