Ayn Rand always said that it is not about politics, but about epistemology.

"Trump says he will disprove groping allegations" (Reuters) here:

What woman would simply sit in an airplane seat and let someone grope them? First class has a little more leg room and wider seat but it is not hidden from the rest of the passengers. I can't image any woman allowing this to happen without screaming or making a giant scene. And where were the flight attendants during this encounter? He may have "hit on her" (my place or yours) but the tale of sexual harassment simply doesn't hold water for me. I don't approve of the alleged behavior but at this point it is alleged, not proven.

Or just send the $200k directly to buy HIV needles and KEEP the $4.8m for themselves !!! If they send out $5m to the clinton foundation, they are expecting an ROI on that investment- in terms of government favors and access. They really took a chance this time by paying in advance and perhaps losing their investment if she didnt get elected !!

Since the Democrats have nothing to which they can point with pride, they are reduced to personal character assassination. Instead of issues they attack their opponent personally. The sad fact is that it works. Instead of disregarding it, Trump's ego demands that he not only defends, but throws out accusations of his own. Thereby avoiding spending time on real issues that the pumpkin queen cannot defend.

    Exactly.

People don't kick down $5M to the Clinton Foundation because $200,000 out of that to HIV needles in Africa is going to make a dent in global poverty. If they gave a hoot about fighting poverty, they would give $5M to a legitimate charity.

Condensed version: 1) The establishment is crooked and has entwined government powers to such a degree that $500 million gets invested in electing Hillary so she can use government to help them
    2) The contributors to her campaign have paid in advance for government access and are now invested and into protecting their investment by saying and doing anything.
    3) Hillary is indeed a liar and manipulator who will do anything to preserve and enhance her power.

Hillary is a master at propaganda and throwing everything in the kitchen sink so you spend your time defending, while she gets what she wants.

If there was really something wrong with what he did, why didnt it come out when it happened? Why wait until democratic investigators go searching for dirt and save it up until just before an election. That bothers me enough that I dont care at this point WHAT they propose as Trumps's evildoing. Its probably garbage to take attention off the real issues that Hillary is so weak on.

Me dino has been wondering if a "Herman Cain" would go off like the well-prepped roadside bomb planted by the Clintonista Crime Cartel.
Such were old dino's thoughts at least two months before I heard the long-hoarded audio tape of Bad Hair Day as usual putting his blowhard foot in his mouth BUT Eleven. Whole. Years. Ago.
Read that hoarder said he forgot he had that tape on a shelf somewhere. Believe that? Then me dino would like to interest you in some corporate shares I'd like to sell pertaining to the Brooklyn Bridge.
But talk about having something to build on day one after Trump won the primary if not when that win became evident. My conspiracy theory speculates all the "accusations" were to be released a tad closer to November (perhaps one day after the other Herman Cain style) but Wikileaks hacked email revelations prompted an urgent need for a big time distraction.
And so yet has Trump promised the flat out impossible?
    Heck, yeah!
He's toast. Gone with the wind.

Well lets pretend for a moment that no woman has ever lied about something like this for political gain, and lets also pretend that all 4 were not lifelong supporters of the democrat party. It's also suspicious that they mysteriously just dusted off something like this after 18 years or whatever it has been and it miraculously appeared in their records.

I'm not saying the guy isn't a dog, but the collusion of the media with their favorite candidate to release something for maximum damage at the worst time - should indeed give pause to any American and look at what we have let the progressive/liberals/media become. We no longer have a free press, we have a press that is an extension of one political party. That is no different from Pravda during the Soviet reign over Russia.

During the same last 48 hour cycle, another 5000 or so emails were released by WikiLeaks, some are pretty damn interesting to read. Hell, they were reviewing news broadcasts and asked for approval before they were 'broadcast'.

    I have a few suspicions:

1.) The one supposedly in the airplane is just plain homely. She doesn't look like the type of woman Trump would be attracted to, nor do I seriously consider he was flying coach or even first class. He had his own airline within a few years later, I would imagine he would be on a low-buck $500,000 LeerJet at a minimum. We would probably have to go back to 26-27 years old for Donald to find that, and I really want to compare a 26 year old anyone to whatever.

2.) FLOTUS came out with this 'shook me to my core' bullshit, but 8 years ago she was saying that "A woman that can't take care of her own house, has no place in the White House" when Hillary and Obama were locked in their primary struggle. And then we have a young Barak Obama talking about 'bitches' - so apparently Michelle has "shook me to my core" sensitivity with Trump, but not when the same thing comes out of Obama. You don't get to that level without the wife 1000% involved in the career, she tries to act like the J.Crew housewife, but she's just as much in the fight as Barak is.

3.) It would seem to be in direct contradiction with what many others are lining up to say in support of Trump, and less than a year ago the Times ran a long story talking about how Trump led the way with equal opportunities in the construction and development business workplace for women and was the first developer in New York to have not only a woman, but many women in places of leadership in his company. There were also a couple of destructive biographies, etc., but none of these found or mentioned this kind of personality flaw? Come on.

I'm not saying I necessarily support or defend on this issue, but I am saying that we as a country tend to put too much 'validity' into the sad story of someone coming forward that is surrounded by the media with misty-eyed choked-up accounts of what they say happened to them, because the left has turned us into a victim-driven pacifist culture. People lie. That's a fact, and in this situation when the people on the fence have the candidate on the left that is a black-hearted demon of a soul, and the guy on the right that doesn't really fit the mold of a conservative - an emotional bunch of claims are going to pull on the heartstrings of the emotional people in the middle. Are we really to believe that 24 hours after a news story, 4 women suddenly decide to break their 30 years of silence or whatever and jump out within minutes of each other from all different parts of the country and say "Yes ! That man assaulted me!" Bullshit.

Trump has been constantly on camera with his children that by all accounts are successful and genuinely good kids that could be either more successful in business or politics than their father on their own. What does Hillary have? A known and proven liar of a husband that got hummers in the Oval Office while troops overseas were in harms way and waiting for his decision. One of only 2 Presidents in history to have been Impeached... lets not miss, he survived impeachment proceedings by ONE VOTE that would have removed him from office for misconduct and lying to Congress. Along with Bill, Hillary has a spoiled snot of a child that people that are close to the Clintons simply cannot stand - that is such a "star" of a newscaster that she makes $650,000 a year for a 4 minute story about once a year with about 6 minutes of work experience in her life. Hillary herself has a problem with the truth... on a daily basis, and is known as being one hell of a bitch to work with. She has assaulted Secret Service agents without provocation. She can pull obscure events from memory 40 years ago, but apparently can't remember the answer to any of the questions the FBI asked her about regarding daily events over a 4 year period, 3 years ago. She couldn't remember if she approved the sale of 10% of the US uranium reserves to a Russian company? Really?

He has already proved that he is irrelevant, unfortunately for us all, it took him longer than the primaries, and we must all suffer the unbelievable criminal totalitarian mess, Hillary as a result of his incompetence.

... and come to think of it, this would be a problem in epistemology, rather than metaphysics, though it does raise questions for me about the connection between the two...

One way in mathematics is to show a contradiction. The classical proof to show that the square root of two is irrational works by assuming that it is rational and then disproving that.

    (Mountain/molehill perhaps.)

The Reuters headline did say "disprove." I should have taken a screen shot.

I didn't see the word "disprove" anywhere in the article or headline. The article states, "He said he would make public at some point evidence to dispute the charges." This would be metaphysically possible.
