Is this wave of islamic rape across Europe (and to a degree America) terrorism?

I had a long, drawn out conversation about islamic refugees having to be told not to rape women, even gang rape women, in many European countries. I contend, because of the nature of islam (which is a religion that dictates its followers social law and societal structure) is an act of terroism. My rationale is that these "people" use their culture, their social norms, as their reason to why they feel entitled to rape western women AND why western society has to make exceptions to their laws for them. Naturally, the counter argument was that its a crime despite the frequency of occurrences by a broad range of people who unifying thread is islam.

Opinions?

    Rape is the initiation of force against an individual. Therefore, it's wrong. Call it whatever you want.

    Yes. It is a deliberate and prescribed tactic for scaring the populace.

    Susan Brownmiller, in Against Our Will: Men, Women and Rape, charged that rape, regardless of circumstance, qualified as terrorism in support of an "ideology of male dominance." She couldn't make her case, because no man had written down any kind of "tactical command doctrine" calling for rape as subjugation of all women by all men. But the Qu'ran and the Hadiths do contain just such a tactical command doctrine.

    Yes it's Terrorism...Terrorism from a pagan barbaric culture that cannot ascent into any sort of conscious conscience...they still live in old testament times and have never grown up.

    They have no control system, no mind to control the little guy...

    I would agree except for the frequency and regularity of the occurrence of the exact same crime.

    I'm very curious to hear the female perspective on this subject since a woman living among these refugees would live every moment in a public place. her home town/ her homeland, in fear.

    Muslims in Europe are carrying out some of the first acts Muhammad ordered when he murdered the Jewish tribes of Medina, treating the surviving women as slaves or wives. Impregnating your enemy's women makes them far less likely to turn on you and, increases your eventual supply of dependable manpower (children). If there were (and when there are) enough Muslim men in Europe to kill all the infidel men and keep the women as slaves, they will do so. Muhammad tells them to.

    Genghis Khan had intercourse with and impregnated as many women as possible among the peoples he conquered.

    Call it a crime or call it terrorism, it is in reality neither. It's a tribal war cloaked in a religious overcoat, something with which almost no westerners are familiar and so, something that almost all western analysts see as terrorism. It's not, it's Jihad; totally different.

    Personally I don't like the classification of terror or terrorism. I feel that is just another government scare word that is overused.

    I believe there are 2 choices. Either it is an act of war or it is a crime. I don't think it is an act of war. I also believe that the decision can't be based on a culture. It can't be an act of war for Muslims and a crime for Americans no matter how often it occurs.
