OK, what's the deal? I've tried twice to upgrade to Producer. Each time the webpage fails to respond. My credit card isn't charged but, I'm not upgraded.

They've failed to reply to either of my emails asking about the issue and requesting assistance.

Did you tell these guys to turn me down or, is the Gulch overrun with incompetent boobs masquerading as productive souls?

    Wanderer - I assigned the ticket you submitted (about this issue) to jbaker, our tech guru. Trust me, with Jay you're in great hands.

    The last update I see is from yesterday where he replied to let you know we are investigating the issue. As far as I know he is still trying to duplicate and correct the problem. Please bear with us.

      I still haven't heard from anyone. My card's never been charged. If they want, I can try it again but, I'd like them to send an email to me, telling me exactly what to do.

        Wanderer --- I took another look at the ticket history and Jay (jbaker) replied on 7.9 with the following message:

        "Hello Wanderer,

        Please pardon the delay. We did discover an issue in the form. If some values were not supplied, that information was not being reflected back so you could not tell.

        At your convenience, can you try again? All fields are required."

        Did you receive that message? If not, can you check your spam/junk folder - I don't want you to miss further communication on this ticket.

        Have you tried since that message was sent on 7.9?
