This whole thing was dismissed by the first judge it was brought before. The gun grabbing DC police took their own course of action, and these are the results. Read the commentary below, as well. Interesting points on several.

The judge threw out the case, but the police didn't let it go. And that is where he finds himself now.| Permalink
