It says something when people are even discussing John Wayne and Rand.

- 1Posted by Daniel_M 13 years, 10 months agoThere's more than a hint of Rand's values running through Wayne's work. I would encourage a viewing of Andrew V. McLaglan's McCLINTOCK for proof of that. McLaglan also directed the Jimmy Stewart drama SHENANDOAH, which a few critics have called "the greatest Ayn Rand movie she never wrote" or words to similar effect.| Permalink
