yes, that was a calculated, precise, intention statement, often referred to as a clue.
There might be categories, but you have to ask people to lift their kilts for judging, and if they're not regimental they get all embarrassed - as opposed to bare-assed of course - and I think it would quickly degenerate into rudeness.
