How do you think Galt's speech will be incorporated into Atlas Shrugged part two? I cannot imagine spending more than 10 min. reading a summary of some sort.

You would have to show it with pictures. There is no way that could work in a movie. It would take the entire film. But you know what would be a good idea. When they film it, have the whole speech on the DVD release read by the actor as seen in the movie. But have it go on for the entire speech as a bonus DVD option. Because everyone will want it delivered by John Galt himself.

After seeing Atlas Shrugged part 2, I'd be surprised if Galt's radio speech in part 3 was more than five minutes.

The question remains though. How do you think the producers will deal with such a long and important speech? I assume you would have to shorten it and run it over video of action taking place. Maybe people listening and or riots etc.

I am thinking of that one. I was unaware that they were actually going to make all three parts into seperate movies. I assumed it would be done in two films because that is all I was aware of. I have not been following the production news.

You are thinking of _the_ speech ... over the radio? That is in part 3 of the book.
