And people still try to claim Objectivism is compatible with Christianity, religion, and faith...

Objectivism is to accept only what can be verified in reality. It steps beyond willful illusion to grasp truth. Reality exists as an objective absolute and man's reasoning is his manner of perceiving it. This is like saying to a child who wishes to believe in Santa Claus because they don't wish to accept that their parents are really the gift givers. Religion is good for a mind not ready to accept the responsibility of living ones own life, so I would say it is a step toward that responsibility.| Permalink
