Whilst returning from Myrtle Beach, $5Au took the back roads and stopped at a lovely, country store in McBee, SC (pronounced MAC bee). Someone there came up with a delicious idea. a peach enchilada. A wonderful birthday treat! I'm pretty sure no government grant was involved in the creation or production of this product.
