Only "Producers" Can Send Private Messages

Tried sending a private message to khalling, and got the "Producers only" notice.

How come I can receive and reply to messages, then?

    Because (at a mistaken glance) your user name makes the "moderator" think you are either a Mormon...or a good brand of whiskey?
