Iranian naval commander threatens US warships, thus the USA

Ok, I'm all for blowing this ass hat out of the water. Mind you, it's not really a diplomatic solution, but I don't think he's sailed into US maritime waters with an olive branch extended. His words would seem to belie that approach.

From one geek to one dork, don't beat yourself up over it; we're all on a steep learning curve and can learn a lot from each other. 8-)

Is it only mine? I have no idea actually. I thought only I could see it. Lol! Huh. Now I have to find out why. Maybe because I'm posting from a phone?

Iran has been flexing its naval muscle lately. It has been in the actions against the Somali pirates. It has also been off the coast of Lebanon and Syria the past several months. Flexing it muscles so the Gulf regions knows who to fear when the Great Satan falls to Iranian might.

These attacks demanded swift retribution, and yet none came. Not surprising why we are in the position we are finding ourselves in at this stage.

I've been saying this for years. We need to repair what's broken here. Reinvest in our future, rather than "throwing good money after bad."

So, why has Iran sent her warship near our coast? Perhaps to test our response in anticipation of another plan of attack, planned for the future, in a year or two when they are really ready with commercial ships outfitted to launch lots of missles and bombs, bombs with EMP capabillities, as necessary.

Then quietly surround the U.S., and simultaneously launch these missles at our largest cities and at our military bases and ships. They'd continue to fire barrage after barrage until we had sunk all their ships, anticipating their own suicide as being expecially pleasururable to their God, Allah.

After which we'd go back and anihillated much of Iran (and perhaps their sacred places in Saudi Arabia).

This is what I anticipate, slightly different from Elan Journo's scheme in his "Winning the Unwinnable War" book. (These writers are from the Ayn Rand Institute.)

re: The US running in fear after the '83 Beirut Marine barracks bombing, the response after the '93 WTC bombing, the lack of response after the attack on the USS Cole in 2000; seems to indicate that this "sleeping giant" will just remain sleeping.

A military man can scarcely pride himself on having "smitten a sleeping enemy"; it is more a matter of shame, simply, for the one smitten. I would rather you made your appraisal after seeing what the enemy does, since it is certain that, angered and outraged, he will soon launch a determined counterattack.

Boy do I concur, friend. It seems to be the king's modus operandi, much to my chagrin. It speaks volumes that most have become accustomed to his brainless actions.

To add teeth to your second sentence, it could be a false flag staged incident to accomplish a hidden agenda (ours). Watch TerrorStorm 2nd Edition to see what world leaders and their organizations are capable of. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vrXgLhkv...

In another post on this discussion, the book "One Second After" was mentioned. Read it to see what could happen if an EMP attack occurs, either from a foreign source or a rigged, self-inflicted attack. Your observation of the US surplus vessel is very astute if it turns out to be true. I've not been in the military so I can't judge your observation. Watch the video then let your mind ponder the likelihood of this being staged.
