Who cares. It’s not the package that he wraps himself in that people are drawn to. It’s the fact, he is conservative in views, opposed to the ObamaCare, while being a visible role model. And when I say visible, I mean his biography has been on the required reading list of the local middle school for the last twenty years. He is well-known as a role model. Most young voters know who he is. They have been raised to see him as an aspiration. You don’t have to sell the public on that. They will have to find a way to ‘warm’ his appearance. Perhaps a documentary like Romney did, but Carson would have to get it out there before the end of the year. The sooner he can find a way to open up a little bit to the mass public the better. He could beat Hilary with the right roll out.

People who usually call themselves independent can vote or donate either way, Republican or Democrat. People are desperate for someone, anyone of integrity and reason. That’s why people are taking an interest in Doctor Carson, who has admiral qualities and conservative views. No one has to fear him falling on his own sword over distracting issues like abortion.

Unlike Huckabee, who has no chance. Most independents can’t stand Huckabee once he steps outside the realm of his weekly television show.
