Prepaid Gulch Memberships?

I was just filling out a money order for a (small) campaign donation for a candidate I would like to see stay in the race (Walker actually) and I was wondering about pre-paying for producer membership on the Gulch?

Really been trying to avoid doing the "bill my account" thing on-line to avoid getting caught in data heists.

Seems like everyday you hear about another company getting hacked. I am sure the Gulch's web designers are top knotch, but if it happens to Target and Home Depot, well...

I doubt they would take a money order or cashiers check just from me, they don't look like they are set up for it. But I wonder if anyone else has held off upgrading due to the monthly payment?

I bought the box set of Atlas Shrugged when it came out, but nothing since. I am starting to feel like a moocher.

Is there any way (that isn't a big hassle for the site operators) that I too can pay my own way, that I can subscribe or upgrade to producer membership, by prepaying by mail?

I was thinking of sending the $3.95 a month a year in advance, I would have no problem sending a money order for $48.00 (or whatever)just so I could support the forum.
Would that be a major pain to implement?

Never got a response from the contact button, so I took your suggestion and went out and bought a VanillaVisa Gift card at the office supply store. Worked great, and I didn't have to give out my personal financial data. Thanks for the tip.

Thanks for the tip. I did not know that. However, long before I became a 20-year member of the American Numismatic Association, I was told by another long-time member not to get the Lifetime Membership. Renewals are the only way to keep them honest.

You could always purchase a pre-paid credit card and use that. No tie to you at all, the credit card equivalent of a burner phone.

It is always welcome to see someone become a producer. Paying up front is easy.

There is a discount for paying the year upfront. Just send them an email by clicking on the "contact " button at the bottom of the screen. Thanks for joining the Producer ranks, rob
