OK, so I'm confused...
Back March of last year, the occupier of the White House issued executive orders that were financial sanctions on Russia over the Ukraine situation. Those orders essentially state that we can't do business with Russia: no exports to Russia, and no imports from Russia. Russia is bad and we don't want to give them any money.

Today, I read an article that NASA is signing a $490 Million contract with Russia to continue to get our astronauts up to the space station and back.

WTF? I thought we already said Russia was bad and we can't do business with them. If that has changed...lets get rid of the executive orders that NASA is currently going against.
