I think FOX has really got it all together. Sure there is a lot of reinforcement of what I believe, but most of the reinforcement actually comes from the liberals that FOX puts on the air. Without them, what would I have to measure against. What other news media can say they present both sides, or even allow a dissenting view to be expressed? How many conservatives that have actually been on any liberal news station can anyone name? I’d venture to say not even one tenth of those that Fair and Balanced FOX has. If Kirsten’s book is read by the other side, FOX’s audience share will again go up, which could result in some more conversions.
One move I would love FOX to make is to hire Sharyl Attkisson. She has proven her integrity in reporting, but I’d bet that even FOX is probably not her ultimate desire. Perhaps FOX could trade Hannity for her. I can’t even watch him anymore, his show is getting boring, filled mostly with points counted on his fingers and just a bunch of the same old rhetoric on the right. His show is almost like the opposite of any show on the left stations. He is not advancing the right, just enhancing the frustration. Or perhaps Greta could be traded, her babbling is starting to get to me too. The other day she asked where the two escapes got their food. My immediate reaction was “Who cares, maybe they went into a market and stole some. Now, Megyn Kelly, her show I find enlightening, and lightening when she smiles and you can see that “I can’t believe it” in her expression. You can make up your own mind watching her show, she doesn’t have to tell you how to feel. I can actually watch it and go away feeling okay.
Due to my feelings, I weening myself off of FOX. I only partially watch about an hour a day, if that anymore. I’ve got a democrat’s view about politics now, I know everything I need to know, there is nothing that can make me see anything differently, and nothing can change my mind in any way, period. So why waste the little time I have left on observing it. I’m going to go out and get a fishing license today. It should be free at my age, but WA is a democratic state so I’ll just have to buy it. I guess I’ll have to get the permit to park my Corvette on the land at the river where I want to fish. I wonder if there is some sort of fish transport license I might need to transport a fish home. Maybe I’ll read the regulations before I get a fishing license. I’ve already got “The National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass”, mine is a “Seniors Pass”. And I already have the “Washington State Parks and Recreational Commission - Disabled Veterans Lifetime Pass”. I sure hope it doesn’t expire before I catch some fish.

An employer does not normally take a reverse-Parthian shot at someone. "He took advantage of our generosity and our empathy, and we reached the end of the road" is not the smart way to part company. Do you not rather say, "We determined that his health issues were irreparable and were such to prevent his returning to the grueling schedule of a regular television show; we wish him well in his future endeavors"? That's the way it's done. This "Bad speed to you! sendoff is just. Not. Done.
Something's missing here.
And it stinks. And the stink is of political correctness so small I can smell the White House restroom from here.

That was a couple of years ago but I kinda recall that prompting me to pick up my remote and start channel surfing.
I usually do not look at TV at that hour unless I'm eating a grapefruit or something.
Oh, by the way, here is what libtards like Bob do not worry about--

Perhaps they should consider Fox’s token liberal, the uber-liberal clown, Alan Colmes, for the job.
