- 1Posted by CircuitGuy 10 years, 5 months agoYes! So often I hear the argument allowing XYZ costs taxpayers money, so it shouldn't be allowed. XYZ could be protests in the Capitol, guns, drugs, riding sleds/ATVs in parks. Liberty is not free or easy.| Permalink
