Your son did a very smart thing, think !! Question giving your ID for some imbecile to do WHAT with. NOT signing the paper was his first instinct... You have raised him well.
The system wants our kids. The system thinks it owns our kids.
Read the chapter "White Blackmail" in Atlas Shrugged for the background on this. When my coworker first became a father I sat him down and gave him a speech that went something like, "Once you become a father the system thinks it's got something on you...." It does. I have several friends who are great fathers but who have found themselves in front of "family law" judges to explain why their kid missed school for 2 days with a flu or why they own a pellet gun (no exaggeration). People need to wake up, big time!
I really wished I had realized she wasn't a cop...I'm a dunce for missing the cue! arg Oh well..her tactics didn't work (neither did her circles and dashes lol.)
The cop who screamed at your son showed how an actual bully behaves. Abuse of power. The school worker is an idiot. She was going to "tell" on you?! Glad you called her on it. She was out of bounds, and needed to be shown that. Give your son a handshake from NMA!
Thanks :) I sat there and watched our tax dollars get wasted. A picture was taken of every square inch within a mile I swear. Pictures were taken of the side of the bus that was NOT hit even... Union workers.... killing time (wasting time...and money...and resources..bla!)

No statements, no ID's, nothing but waiting for the cop to write out his report, so the bus could get on with delivering us home.
Maybe we are getting overwhelmed by the ambulance chasers? Who, by the way, also make up 98% of our government elected representatives?
Nice going by your offspring, by the way!

Good quote. So true... the best statesmen are those who don't want the job...
O.A.
"Power attracts the corruptible."
