    Fivedollargold was a tad slow to catch on to this tax. It is a surtax on the upper, middle-class masquerading as one exclusively on the wealthy. Fivedollargold thanks you.

    Perhaps, but a lot of the ACA squawkers trying to get the word out on how they are funding this mess have mentioned this along side the tax on medical equipment and the hope they can get "invincibles" to signup for the slaughterhouse.
