Blackswan really nailed this one. In a couple of sentences with one easily remembered catch phrase, he defined Orren Boyle in a terminology that the general public will understand.

    That is why I posted BlackSwan's statement as "Best of the Day". It was so brilliant that I kicked myself for not stating it myself.

    One of those statements that is so obvious and yet so brilliant that you kick yourself for not stating it yourself.
    Back in the nineties we, here anyway, had a fad called -public private partnership- there were conferences, workshops, on it. I felt uneasy at the time but only recently know why it smells.
