Obama's prayer breakfast with a side of Christian guilt.

Unless we get on our high horse and think that this is unique to some other place, remember that during the Crusades and Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ," Obama said. "In our home country, slavery and Jim Crow all too often was justified in the name of Christ."

I voted this down because you clearly support a liar. Which means there is something mentally wrong with you.

And coupled with his ignorance (of history, economics, military theory, . . .) that makes him the worst sort - an ignorant/arrogant tyrant.

That isn't going to matter. He'll still be in control on Jan 21, 2017, mark my words.

Absolutely, also to underplay the fact the's bringing in 75,000 more muslims from Syria. When the shiite hits the fan...

Not attending Sunday service isn't exactly true. It has occurred a few times, but damned few.

You first have to judge it evil. BO has two problems with that - 1) Judging, and 2) Evil. Doesn't believe in either.

That wasn't Christian guilt, that was progressive propaganda.

From the excerpts I read in an article (not the full text) I strongly support his talk. He's representing US values to the world. I'm proud of his message.

That being said, he's a politician; he's supposed to be a good talker. When it comes to the talk he gave, he was saying all the right things.

Why should he be historically accurate? Everything about him presents a complete falsehood; who is is, where he's from, what he believes, and what he intends to do based on his fraudulent and failed philosophy.

And the other problem with it is that he even brought up the comparison at all. Irrelevant. SQUIRREL!

You nailed the problem...we don't have an "honest man" in the West Wing.

Using the genealogical formula that Muslims use, Obama was born a Muslim. He, out of political necessity, gives lip service to Christianity...but has never attended a Sunday service since taking office.
In my opinion, Obama identifies more with the 4 hijackers that steered their flying bombs into the American heart, than he identifies with any of the 3,000+ innocent victims.

But, that is only my opinion....

No matter who had perpetrated the evils that came before, shouldn't an honest man stand against the evil that confronts him today?

The trouble with O's assessment is that its historically inaccurate. The Crusades were in retaliation to muslim aggression and conquest. And slavery was more an economic construct that was desperately justified using Christianity to keep those who profited profiting.
