This runs the gamut of abuses by power drunk cops who are looking for an easy night. No due diligence in finding the actual idiot who fired a gun. They should get fired.

    "Washington was arrested and charged with using weapons while intoxicated and illegally carrying a concealed weapon."

    Neither of these can be crimes; both violate the 2nd Amendment.
